How to get started in rallycross
Competing in rallycross depends on many factors: Can you build and run your own car? How much can you spend? How much time do you have? Do you want an 'arrive-and-drive' arrangement?
This quick guide takes a look at three categories that offer perhaps the easiest way to begin – and the only way for Junior drivers (14 to 16-years-old).

DFDS Ferries
For our 5 Nations BRX competitors, we have negotiated preferential rates for passenger and freight crossings covering routes to France via either Calais or Dunkirk.
Freight crossings are at a discount of 30% - 50% depending on vehicle size, with passenger vehicles at a 10% discount.
Ensure that you use the Lydden Hill account when booking your crossing with our account number, otherwise the discount will not apply and cannot be refunded. Please email clubadmin@lyddenhill.co.uk for specific details on how to book.
We encourage our competitors to make use of these rates for any travel across the channel, the more crossings booked through our account will yield better rates for you over the coming years.
