7th July 2016

A total of 60 British RX competitors will head across the English Channel for the fifth round of the MSA British Rallycross Championship in association with ODYSSEY Batteries next week, as revealed in the entry list today

13 Supercars, led by championship leader Dan Rooke and five-time champion Julian Godfrey will compete in the event at Massmechelen in Belgium, where British RX will join a round of the Belgian Rallycross Championship.

Nine Supernational Rallycross Championship racers, led by points leader Tony Lynch, will compete at the event, joined by four Super1600 Rallycross Championship drivers, nine Swift Sport Rallycross Championship competitors and six Hot Hatch Rallycross Championship racers.

Swedish star Mikaela Ahlin-Kottulinsky will race the ODYSSEY Batteries celebrity RX150 buggy at the event as part of a seven-car field in the RX150 Rallycross Championship. Seven BMW Mini Rallycross Championship drivers will compete, as will five Retro Rallycross Championship competitors.

The MSA Junior Rallycross Championship doesn’t travel to Belgium and will return to action at Lydden Hill next month.
