Competitors Information 2017
Competing in rallycross depends on many factors: Can you build and run your own car? How much can you spend? How much time do you have? Do you want an 'arrive-and-drive' arrangement?
This quick guide takes a look at three categories that offer perhaps the easiest way to begin – and the only way for Junior drivers (14 to 16-years-old).
Competitors must register for the championship and be a member of LHMC or BARC.
Please download and complete the 2017 Championship registration form
Event entries must be made through the BARC online entry form. You will be provided with details of this after registering for the Championship.

A refuelling zone and single fuel supplier operates at all rounds of the MSA British Rallycross Championship. This will be operated by Vital Equipment who will dispense Carless racing fuels directly into competitors cars. This can be by either a dry break coupling system, or by way of a normal forecourt system. If you have any questions about this please contact Vital Equipment (below).
Two types of fuel will be available:
Carless Turbo Ultimate DEV
No other fuel can be used and all cars will be refuelled in the refuelling zone by Vital equipment.
Fuel samples will be taken during events of the MSA British Rallycross Championship.
A simple fuel order form is available from the Vital Equipment website:
Alternatively orders can be made by phone on 01981 241169.
In either case the ordering deadline is noon on the Monday prior to each round, with the exception of Ireland, fuel for which needs to be ordered by Friday of the previous week (14.07.17).
All fuel ordered must be paid for prior to delivery.
In the event that a competitor has not ordered enough fuel we will ensure that we will have a small number of spare cans available at each round, but this will be on a first come first served basis.
Fuel will be delivered into each circuit early morning on the first day of each round, in plenty of time for competitors to refuel their cars.
Vital Equipment personnel will be responsible for overseeing the refuel area during each round. VE will provide shade/cover for the fuel, both foam and dry powder fire extinguishers, plus spillage flooring for the cars to use while refuelling.
Refuelling Zone Speed Limit
The speed limit in the Refuelling Zone will be 5mph
If you have any questions about the supply of fuel please contact:
