David Kane (Speedcar Wonder) doubled-up at Lydden Hill in the final weekend of the first-ever Motorsport UK Cross Car Championship to continue a run of five successive wins, but another consistent performance from Max Weatherly (LifeLive TN11) was enough for the former Swift Sport title-winner to seal the crown.
Having never finished lower than second through the Motorsport UK Junior Rallycross Championship season leading up to the show-down at Lydden Hill, Teddie Macpherson entered the Lydden Hill weekend with the points lead and sealed the deal on Sunday afternoon to join a growing list of young stars to have claimed the crown.
