Cross Car Manufacturers’ Cup introduced for 2026

As the Motorsport UK Cross Car Championship continues to grow in 2026, the Cross Car Manufacturers’ Cup’ has been introduced as an additional element to the season.

Running within Motorsport UK British Rallycross Championship 5 Nations Trophy and BTRDA Clubmans Rallycross Championship events, the Cross Car category grew to 23 points-scoring drivers last year, competing in a range of different machinery.

New for 2026, the Manufacturers’ Cup will be awarded to the highest points scoring Cross Car Manufacturer through the 13-round campaign.

Points will be awarded to the two highest placed competitors (except

Cross Car Junior and BTRDA XC) for each manufacturer at each round. The highest accumulated points from all rounds run, with a single dropped score, will count towards the title of Motorsport UK Cross Car Manufacturer Champion.

Round one takes place at Blyton Park as part of the BTRDA season-opener on March 22.
